British 10K London Run 2011 – July 10th
On Sunday 10th July the 11th British 10K Run took place in Central London, and we entered 6 runners, including our Director, John Coleby, and Jana Sabri, one of our massage therapists, Emily Bull, a student at Durham University, Rangika Weerasury, a dentist, Mahen Dias and Kevin de Silva. They all completed in respectable times and some even said they would run it again! David Mwila and two of his friends also ran on our behalf. We celebrated with a picnic afterwards in St James's Park. Thank you to all our runners and to those who supported them.
