Courses for parish volunteers are held anywhere in the Diocese to meet the need.
In a recent survey 'We Must be Seen' we found that the first thing parents wanted for their children was access to the sacraments of the Church.
Our first course is 'Symbols of Faith: Preparing for the Sacraments and Participation in the Liturgy'
Parents and carers often desperately need 'just' a sympathetic ear and a reliable presence and help with the form. Our second course is 'Living Signs: Being a social advocate for the person with learning difficulties'
